I am doing a transparency of 85% to let some of the bottom layer to add color to the tag.

it will make that layer look just like the picture above.

 I added Bright Noise of

now open the tube, take the close up and paste over the Cassini layer, and pull it to the very left hand side of the tag.. The close up will use a 50% transparency like it is in the tube.

Open the full size tube, and copy paste it as a new layer, mirror it and pull it flush

with the close up

I used my pre-set shape Rectangle to make a frame, and then i used Bright noise from above and then used Bubble in Eye-candy also got this result

I added a gradient glow of white then grey, to match the color of the tube..

Add a drop shadow to the frame on your tag.

You can add extra things to the tag, but I think this is a perfect tag the way it ended up.. Simple

yet cute to see and use.

I'm using my favorite font again SlashHmkBold .. 

Add your copyright to the tag, and your done..

You'll need to add color to the copyright so it will show up i colored mine purple since it's my favorite color.
