this is a fun tag, because it's so hot i wanted something
Cold to cool me off, So July =Christmas LOL
I'm using the wonderful artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
I got it when he was with PTE

This tube was part of the Christmas prezzie from last year
The scrap kit i'm using is a Designs By Vabs here DBV-Designs by Vabs
I'm using her Holly Jolly Christmas kit.

Open a 600x300 forum style tag and a 200x200 avatar..
open DBV-HJX-Paper 8 Flood Fill the bottom layer of both your tag, and avatar
Open DBV-HJXelement (13)
Pull the element down so the snowflakes on the top of it, are right at the top-edge
of your tag and avatar pics
Add a drop shadow of this to the element
Settings are below
Open your tube, and copy paste the close up over all the layers
Mirror it and pull it to the right hand side of your tag
An your avatar you are going to re-size by 80% to make it just a touch smaller

You are going to copy and paste it behind the close up on both parts of your tag/avatar
On the avatar you are going to re-size it by55% pull it to the left of the avatar
On your tag your only going to re-size it by 70% and your going to center it on the tag
On a new layer using this setting's for buttonize it will give it a smooth edge to the tag
I'm using Renaissance round
I'm using Eye Candy 4000 Gradient glow white then the same drop shadow as above
Add the same drop shadow you used above, and your done.
Add your name, copyright info, and you have a cool tag for such a hot summer day
