Open a 600x 300 for your tag

And a 200x200 for the “avie” (yes I’m making an avie this time too LOL)

In your tag

Take Element 17 copy it and paste as a new layer

Take your tube, and paste it behind the frame

My tube has 3 different size’s in it so you may have to do some of this differently than I do.

I’m taking the tubes and making 2 of the go behind the frame, The top layer which to me is the full tube I can pasting as a new layer, and re-sizing it by 50% and using my selection tool, cutting around the “frame” to make it look clean, copying that one and pasting it again on the other side of the frame

Then I’m taking tube “2” and only using the face of it for the middle of the frame, but behind the frame

Take Element 48 and using your selection tool around the small heart, copy it and paste as a new layer re-size it by 50 and then mirror it and pull them to the lower left hand side of the frame, and the lower right hand side of the frame

Take element 56 copy re-size by 40% and paste as new layer, you will have two of these around the middle face, but on top of the frame

Element 38 paste as a new layers, then re-size by 15% pull it to the right hand side of the frame, above the pillow

Now we apply the mask

I am using SpawnFS mask82

Flood fill the very bottom layer with Paper 5 apply mask, and merge the layers

Now add another layer, and pick  red color that match's your tube (if you use a different tube pick a color from that tube)Add bright noise 99% on just the black layer...

Apply the same mask, then merge that group also, flip the layer, then mirror the image

One last step, go up to the very top of your tag (layers) and using the buttonize effect put a the layer.. 

You are done. Add your copyright info, and what ever saying you wish to have on the tag
