Open a 600x600

Frame1 c/p rotate to the right by 90° leave in the middle

RD-DM-Rocks c/p re-size by 50% pull to the middle of the frame…

DM_Lantren c/p re-size by 80% pull to the left hand side of the frame…

RD-DM-Castle c/p re-size by 60% pull in front of the lamp post mirror the element

RD-DM-Tree c/p re-size by 55% pull to the edge of the castle, add a sharpen to the element…

RD-DM-Pot c/p re-size by 20% pull it to the right of the castle…

RD-DM-MagickBall c/p re-size by 25% pull to the upper left hand side of the rock, where it looks like it is sitting on the rock, add a drop shadow of 5 on the element

Open Paper6 flood fill the very bottom layer of your tag

Apply the mask I used or use one of your own…

My tube has 3 layers to it, two close up’s and one full size

I’m taking the head shot and coping it re-sizing it  by 60%  then cleaning out everything but the face,

How to do that with the frame use your magic wand select inside of the frame, leave this selected, go to the tube layer and modify by 5 then cut out the selected portion of your tube, use Control +D to deselect then delete the leftover then paste the part you have cut out, it should fit inside of the frame perfect now… Her face should be facing the dragon you will use in the next step

Go to the top layer of your tag

Open Dragon1 c/p mirror the element re-size by 50 rotate to the left by 25° pull it to the top right hand side of the frame…

Add your copyright layer to the tag, what ever saying you wish to use on it

Then your done..
