When working with a full size tube make sure you merge the colored layers you wish to use and make a smaller size of your tube, and make close up so you can have one if you need…

Open a 700x700 size tag you can re-size later

Frame 1 c/p re-size by 75% leave in the middle of your tag…

add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Brad c/p pull behind the frame leave as is…

Logo c/p re-size by 35% pull to the middle top of your frame, add a sharpen more to the element add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

Swirl c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand edge of your frame…

Flame c/p re-size by 55% pull to the left hand edge of frame, copy re-sized version and paste it on the right hand side of your frame also.

Rose & Skull c/p mirror re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of flames…

Barrel c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right of rose…

I took the full size version and re-sized her so she is only 600pixels wide, it will auto-adjust the height to match, c/p and paste over frame…

Butterfly c/p re-size by 45% pull to the upper right hand edge of tag, rotate 45° to the left…

Eye & goo, c/p re-size by 40% pull to the far left hand edge of tube…

Goblet c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of eyeball…

Imp c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

Skullie Bat c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to the right hand edge of goblet…

Sparkles c/p leave in the middle of the tag…

Splatter c/p 4 times in a circle patter behind the brad in your tag…

Flood fill bottom most layer with paper6

Apply your mask from above, merge into one layer add a sharpen more and the above drop shadow, but make the opacity 100

Go to the top most layer of your tag, add your credits and what ever saying you wish to use...
