Open a 655x655 size tag

Frame 6 c/p re-size by 75% leave in the middle of tag…

22 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

Take your tube re-size by 65% clean the bottom of the tube where her tail is then  pull it down to the inside part of the frame…

31 c/p mirror pull to cover the bottom edge of your tube…

25 c/p re-size by 65% rotate 45° to the left pull to the left hand edge of tube…

32 c/p re-size by 65% pull to far left hand edge of tag, add a sharpen more to the element…

14 c/p pull to cover the bottom of the tube…

34 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

4 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand edge of the tag…

29 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

10 c/p re-size by 55% c/p mirror merge into on layer, pull to the left hand edge of chair... C/p merged image paste re-size by 65% pull to the right of the first copy of the merged layer…

60 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand bottom of chair…

8 c/p rotate 90° to the left re-size by 50% pull to the lower right hand edge of tag…

17 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the far right hand edge of tag…

24 c/p mirror pull to the upper left hand edge of tag, 85% add a sharpen more to the element…

Then add this dropshadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur5

Color black

Go to the bottom layer of your tag c/p E9 3 times to make the background for your tag…
