Open a 710x710

E40 c/p re-size by 70%

Take a close up of your tube paste it behind the frame; make the opacity 70%...

Go to layer above frame open 6 c/p re-size by 85% pull to cover the top edge of your frame, add a sharpen more to the element, I use the default settings…

21 c/p rotate 15° to the left re-size by 65% pull to the top left hand corner of your tag…

18 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the far right hand edge of the frame…

41 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag, then take the re-sized version copy mirror pull it to the left hand edge of the frame…

30 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

9 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the middle of the harp…

26 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the left hand edge of harp…

Take a full size of your tube, merge the color’s you want to use in one layer, paste mirror I had re re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

44 c/p re-size by 15% pull to make it sit in front of the tube…

37 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the upper top right hand edge of your tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag, using your rectangle tool take paper8 and draw a square behind the close up of your tube…

Go to the bottom layer flood fill with paper9 apply the mask above or one of your choice, merge it into on raster layer add a sharpen more and this drop shadow
