Open a 710x710 image

Frame 2 c/p re-size by 85%

Take your tube paste it re-size it by 85% pull to make it look like she is coming out of the frame…

Autumn Swirl c/p re-size by 65% pull to the bottom right hand edge of tag…

Ribbon 1 c/p pull to the bottom of the frame…

Steam Violin c/p re-size by 65% pull to the middle bottom…

Hat c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

Steam bird c/p re-size by 65% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

Steam cat c/p re-size by 40% pull to make it sit on the right hand edge of hat…

Flower 02 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

Butterfly c/p re-size by 30% pull to the upper left hand edge of your frame…

Go down to the bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper02 apply mask from above…

Go to top most layer of your tag, add a new raster layer, for your credits and kit maker make sure you have a License to use this artwork as its PTU Tube…
