I delete the white on the bottom layer, remove the copyright and up-size it to 725x725

Click on the words and add a gradient glow of white and pink, then merge the 3 word layers into one, add this drop shadow

Large hearts flood fill with paper1

Go to add Adjust add noise

Uniform noise at 75% and Monochrome clicked, merge that with it’s shadow layer,,

Pink Rectangle 1 flood fill with paper 6, ad the same noise from above the to the back of the rectangle, then merge that into one raster and also the shadow layer…

Dark pink circles flood fill with paper 2

Top pink circle, side pink circle and Top pink rectangle flood fill all of them with paper 5

Dark pink rectangle flood fill with paper 7

White dotted rectangle add the same gradient glow as you did the words also add the same drop shadow from above but make the opacity 50 …

Dark pink dotted rectangle use the gradient glow from above but instead of white as the first color use black…

Small hearts add noise of

Uniform Noise 31% and Monochrome

Click on Large hearts paste a close up of a face, crop off any that stands outside of the heart, take a full size copy of your 2^nd tube (make sure it’s the same artist) and paste re-size to fit on the left hand edge of the faces, pull her flush with the white dotted rectangle..

E8 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the left hand edge of the tag…

E45 c/p mirror re-size by 65% pull flush with the bottom of the female tube…

E87 c/p mirror re-size by 45% pull flush with the bottom of the tube…

E52 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the top right hand corner of your tag…

E16 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the lower left hand edge of wordart…

E48 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right hand edge of your box…

E84 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right hand edge of the L in love…

E24 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left hand edge of box…

E4 c/p mirror re-size by 30% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E9 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left foot of bear…

E46 c/p colorize to red, re-size down by 45% pull to the right hand edge of first male face, add the drop shadow from above with the opacity at 50…

E65 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right of bottle…

E76 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right hand of mouse…

E75 c/p re-size by 10% pull to sit in front of mouse…

E74 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of the cupcake…

E73 c/p pull to the lower middle of your tag…

Go to the top most raster layer of your tag, and add a new raster layer for your credits and give kit maker credit if she requires it, make sure you have a LIC# to use this artwork..
