Open a 725x725 size tag you can re-size it later

95 c/p re-size by 75% add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

28 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the middle of your frame, copy this and paste on both of the sides to make it give it a closed off look of dangly foliage…

3 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag…

15 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the upper left hand edge of frame…

5 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to the upper right hand edge of your frame…

89 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

41 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far right hand edge of the tag…

Take a re-sized version of your tube where the longest side is 600pixles paste and re-size by 85% pull to the bottom of your frame…

10 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag by her knee’s…

19 c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to the right of basket…

26 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right of purple flower…

52 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of your tube…

61 c/p mirror re-size by 30% pull to the left of the purple and pink flowers, take your sharpen brush and run over the glitter of the flower to make it stand out some…

11 c/p pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

99 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right of pink flower…

96 c/p rotate 45° to the left re-size by 50% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper 20 apply mask from above, I merged the layers into one group up-size it by 105% added a sharpen more 2 times and a drop shadow from above…

Go to the top most raster of your tag add a new raster layer and add your copyright and give kit maker credit if she requires it on tags…
