Using Shift+D duplicate the whole templates close the original

This is 700x700 which means we don’t have to up-size it

Delete the copyright layer

Ellipse green left and right flood fill with paper1

Ellipse Glitter left and right then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 99

Blur 10.00

Color black

Rounded Rectangle coral flood fill with paper 3

Stamp Stone flood fill with paper5

Stamp Blue flood fill with paper 4

Stamp frame add the drop shadow from above…

E1 c/p then pull it to the far left hand edge of Stamp Frame…

E3 c/p pull it to the right of the tower…

Delete the rounded layers and the rounded dotted layers

Take your tube (re-size to fit your tag. But that will depend on how big your tube is)

I moved the tube after re-sizing it down to a height of 600pixels then pasting and re-sizing it down by 85% she look’s like she is sitting on the drift wood…

Click on the Return to the sea word art colorize it to fit the tag, then add a white gradient glow of your choice move it so the S(on sea) is between the To and the merge into one layer, then the drop shadow from above…

Move the word art to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E38 c/p re-size by 45% rotate 45° to the right pull flush with her left ankle

E14 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the left of white bowl…

E7 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E5 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left hand edge of bottle…

E8 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the middle of pitcher and bottle…

E32 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the top of the rolled string…

E6 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E2 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the middle of the tag…

E15 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the middle bottom of your tag…

E18 c/p re-size by 30% pull to sit on the left hand edge of pitcher…

Now go to top most raster layer add a new raster layer for your copyright and words, credit for kit maker if she/he requires it
