Open a 725x725 size tag

You can re-size later

E33 c/p re-size by 90% leave in the middle of your tag…

Take the full size version of your tube c/p re-size by 55% pull even with the bottom of the frame, clean off her legs on the bottom of your frame…

E34 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the bottom of tube, c/p re-sized version mirror pull a little above the other flowers..

E2 c/p rotate it  45° to the left re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E1 c/p flip vertical re-size by 55% pull to just on the middle left of your frame…

E10 c/p rotate 90° to the right re-size by 50% pull to the bottom of your tag…

E12 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the bottom of leaf…

E13 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the left of flower bulb…

E18 c/p re-size b y25% pull to the middle of flowers…

E15 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far right hand edge of your flowers…

E16 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of your cat…

E28 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right of other purple flower…

E6 c/p rotate it 45° to the left pull to the middle of the elements..

Click on bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper6 apply mask from above, merge into single layer add a sharpen more, and a drop shadow with these settings

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Go to the top most raster add a new one for your credit and license  info, and what ever saying you want to use...
