Font Quincho Script Personal Use

I upsized the canvas to 710 pixels

Using Shift+D to duplicate and then close the orgianal

Delete the white background but leave the layer

Re-move the TOU layer

Click on words and add the gradient glow from below, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 0

Opacity 80

Blur 0

Color black

Corners flood fill with paper 14

Star frames flood fill with paper2

Star fills flood fill with paper 13

E25 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the bottom edge of your tag…

E10 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the middle of grass…

E27 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E2 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the upper left hand edge of star, add the drop shadow from above…

Click on top most layer paste your tube re-size by 65% make her lay on the grass…

E1 c/p re-size by 45% pull to her feet…

E15 c/p mirror re-size by 20% pull to the right of fairy…

E53 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E5 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of bottle…

E80 c/p pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

E83 c/p pull to the left of your tag just over her knee…

Click on bottom raster E79 c/p rotate 45° to the right pull to the middle of your tag…

Now click on top most raster of your tag, add  a new raster layer for your copyright and credit to kit maker and your lic# info…
