Open a 725x725 size tag (you can size it down later)

E108 c/p re-size by 65% leave in the middle of the tag…

E49 c/p rotate 35° to the right re-size by 45% pull to the upper left side of your frame…

E28 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E32 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far right and copy paste on the far left hand edge of your tag…

E58 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the middle of the grass…

E63 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of yellow flower…

E13 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Fall Rose tube c/p re-size by 65% pull to the middle of your tag…

E14 c/p re-size by 35% pull to sit by her feet…

Sunny Kat c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit by the arm she is leaning on…

E9 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of sunny kat…

E36 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far left hand edge by her feet…

E8 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right of E36…

E33 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tube…

E85 c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to sit on flower on your frame…

E83 c/p re-size by 15% pull and sit on the egg w/ flowers…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper2 apply mask from above merge into one group add a sharpen to the layer and size down by 90%, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 2

Horizontal 2

Opacity 70

Blur 5

Color black

Go to the top most layer add a new raster layer for your credits and copyrights
