Open a 725x725 size tag you can size down later

Frame 4 c/p re-size by 80%...

Frame 5 c/p pull behind the other frame…

E58 c/p pull to bottom of your frame, c/p mirror pull on top of other merge into one raster layer…

E60 c/p pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E5 c/p then pull it to the bottom of your frame…

E11 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E10 c/p mirror re-size by 45% pull to sit on the left of grass…

E17 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right of grass and flowers…

E40 c/p re-seize by 35% pull to the right of flowers…

Take your tube and re-size it down so it is 600pixels in height, then pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E1 c/p re-size by 45% pull to sit in front of your tube…

E33 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left of books…

E8 c/p re-size it by  40% pull to sit in front of the books…

E26 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left of puppy….

E6 c/p re-size by 20%pull to fly above the flowers…

E7 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of dog, but on the right of bag…

Click on bottom raster of your tag flood fill with paper6 apply mask above or one of your choice, merge into on raster re-size by 90% add a shapern more , add this drop shadow

Vertical 4

Horizontal 2

Opacity 85

Blur 5

Color black

Now go back to the top most raster of your tag add a new raster layer for credits for the tube and the kit , add a name to the tag and your done…
