Open a 720x720 size tag

Frame 1 c/p re-size by 80%

Frame 5 c/p re-size by 90% pull behind the other frame…

E7 c/p pull to the bottom of your frames…

E4 c/p flip vertical re-size by 55% pull to the upper middle of your frames…

E38 c/p pull to sit on top of blue grass…

E6 c/p pull to the middle of your frame…

E23 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E45 c/p re-size by 45% pull to sit just to the right of purple flowers…

Take the sized down version of your tube paste re-size by 90% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag..

E37 c/p mirror re-size by 40% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E3 c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit on top of bucket…

E25 c/p mirror re-size by 45% pull to sit beside the tube…

E22 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E10 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of purple flower…

E2 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag…

E49 c/p re-size by 50% pull to stand on top of violin…

E41 c/p leave as it falls on the tag..

Go to bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 5 apply mask from above merge into a raster layer and add a sharpen more to the element…

Now go to top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your credits and LIC#'s to your tag add  a saying and your done
