I upsized it to 725x725 ( you can size down later)

Delte her copyright layer and the white from raster 5

Raster 1 flood fill with paper12

Raster 2 flood fill with paper 5

Raster 3 flood fill with the bottom left corner of paper2 the green is what you want…

E5 c/p re-size by 55% pull to cover the edge’s of circle…

E13 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

E22 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

E25 c/p re-size by 65% pull to sit even with the bottom of flowers..

Take your tube re-size him by 55% pull to sit on the right of eggs…

E8 c/p re-size by 30% pull to sit on bunnies feet…

E30 c/p re-size by 15% pull to sit in the middle of bunnies feet…

E1 c/p re-size by 15% pull to sit in middle of other eggs by duck…

E41 c/p re-size by 10% pull between purple eggs and basket…

E19 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the middle of your tag over the bunnie…

Add a new raster layer to your tag for the copyright and credit to kit maker as she requires it, add a saying and your done…
