This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag

Parchment c/p size down by 80% , then take a 2^nd copy of the sized down version paste it and rotate it 45° to the right…

SFrameEL02 c/p size down by 80%...

Take your tube full size paste it behind the frame pull it down till just her face is showing behind the frame crop this out how ever you do it…

Ivy c/p pull to the far right of the frame…

String c/p size down by 50% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag...

Flower 04 c/p size down by 75% pull to the outer right of string element…

Teardrop 2 c/p pull to the upper left of the tag on top of the parchment add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Book1 c/p mirror size down by 70% pull to cover up bottom of purple rose…

Jigsaw 1 c/p rotate 45° to the left size down by 56% pull to the upper left above the Teardrops…

Flower 2 c/p size down by 56% pull to the middle of jigsaw pieces …

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 02 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer and size it down by 95%

Go to top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your credits for the artist and kit maker if she requires it, make sure you add a name or saying to the tag…
