This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version
should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725
Frame6 c/p size it down by 70%
E21 c/p size it down by 50% pull to the left hand edge
of your tag
E16 c/p size the sign down by 45% pull to the upper
top of your tag
E44 c/p mirror size down by 35% pull to the lower left
of sign…
E46 c/p size it down by 50% pull to the right edge of
frame
E38 c/p size down by 24% pull to sit on the lower left
of the steam punk sign
Take the tube you want (sitting or kneeling) paste her
and size her down by 25% mirror and pull to sit on the left edge of train face
E22 c/p size down by 25% pull to sit in front of the
tube by the foot that is on it’s side
E78 c/p pull behind the tube where the handle can’t be
seen, size the cup down by 23%
E4 c/p size down by 23% pull to sit on top of train
front
E79 c/p size it down by 30% pull to sit on the left of
the dog
E27 c/p size the train down by 21% pull to sit in
front of book
E143 c/p rotate 90° to the right size the “smoke” down
by 13% pull it down to the train so it looks like it is steam coming out of the
train
E39 c/p mirror size down by 23% pull to stand in front
of train
E97 c/p size down by 45% pull to make the chain hang
off the top left of your tag
E83 c/p size down by 45% pull to sit on the far left
of the tag
Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with
paper 15 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer .
Go to top most layer of your tag add a new raster
layer for your copyright and credit to kit maker, add a saying and you’re done.
