should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 715x715
E65 c/p about 6 times to make it cover the middle of
your tag the frame will go over with some of the sparkle/dirt show outside the
frame
E58 c/p leave as it falls on the tag
E14 c/p size the frame down by 85%
E13 c/p size it down by 49% pull to sit on left edge
of the frame
E86 c/p size the lights down by 49% pull to the middle
left of the frame
Take your tube and the colors you wish to use, paste
her and then size her
E53 c/p size the books down by 31% pull to right edge
of your tube
E18 c/p size it down by 45% pull to sit on left edge
of your tube
E16 c/p size down by 45% pull to sit on the right of
your tube
E20 c/p mirror size it down by 31% pull to sit in
front of the globe
E36 c/p size it down by 31% pull to the upper right
hand edge of your tag
E67 c/p size the notes down by 21% pull to sit in
front of telescope
E56 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of
clock
E44 c/p size feathers down by 27% pull to sit on the
right of clock
E63 c/p size it
down by 22% sit by notes
E25 c/p size the glasses down by 22% pull to sit on
top of clock
Add a new raster layer
Add your copyright and saying to the tag, make sure
you have a LIC to use the artwork …
