Feeling Blue
This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version
should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725
Frame 01 c/p size it down by 85%
Heart 01 c/p pull to the left hand edge of your tag
Paperflowers c/p size down by 75% add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 65
Blur 10
Color black **this is the drop shadow I will use **
Doodle 01 c/p size it down by 75% pull to the far
right side of frame
Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 74%
pull to the right edge of the tag
Feather c/p size it down by 75% pull to the lower left
of the tag
Butterfly 02 c/p size it down by 14% add drop shadow
from above, them move to fly over her wing on left of the tube
Word art 01 c/p size it down by 90% pull to bottom
edge of the tube
String 01 c/p size down by 70% pull so the heart sits
on left of button on feather
Flower 04 c/p
size it down by 50% pull it to sit on left of word art
Flower 01 c/p size down by 40% pull to sit over the
string on word art
Rose petals c/p size them down by 40% pull to sit on
bottom of the word art
Butterfly 01 c/p size it down by 40% pull so it looks
like it is flying above the right wing
Click on bottom layer of your tag re-size the canvas
to 700x700
Flood fill bottom layer with paper 6 apply mask from
above then merge into one group add the drop shadow also
Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster
layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and
you’re done…
