should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Shift+D to duplicate the temp, close the original
Delete the white background
Red Circle Flood fill with paper 9
Cream rectangle flood fill with paper6
Taupe Square flood fill this with paper 8
d.blue shape pick a blue from the tube and flood fill
this
Taupe oval, pick a red from your tube flood fill this
layer
Red oval flood fill with paper 5
l.blue squares flood fill with paper10
Click on the layer that says sparkle recolor use what
method works for you to colorize it to a blue
Click on the layer for Get your colorize this to a
bright red
Click on the layer for pixel words, paste your tube
size her down by 75% pull to sit on the bottom right square
Ballons c/p mirror size down by 55% pull so the
strings are behind the G
Click on top most layer of the tag take word art size
it down by 34% pull so sit under sparkle
Dog c/p size down by 40% pull to sit on right of word
art
Cuppy c/p size down by 26% pull to sit between s/a on
word art
Rockets c/p mirror size down by 31% pull to sit on the
outside of the S on Sparkle
Sparkles c/p leave as the fall on the tag
Click on bottom raster layer of the tag
Splatter c/p 4 times around the circle so it show’s up
just outside of the red circle
Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer add your credits and License information and credit to the kit maker
Add a saying or name to the tag and you're done
