This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version
should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725
Frame 5c/p leave as it falls on the tag
E15 c/p pull to the top of the frame
E107 c/p size it down by 90% pull to the bottom of
your frame I did this 2 times mirroring the 2nd copy of sand
E3 c/p pull between the 2 layers of sand size it down
by 60% pull to the right edge of the tag
E103 c/p size down by 39% pull to the very end of the
boat
E57 c/p size the fish down by 29% add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 100
Blur 20
Color black
Click on top layer of your tag
E33 c/p size it down by 35% pull to far right of your
tag
E40 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on right of rocks
E50 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of
rocks
Take the color of the tube you want to use c/p size
her down by 30% mirror then pull her to the left edge of your tag
E89 c/p size down by 50% pull to the bottom of the tag
E106 c/p size down by 30% pull to the right of tube
E25 c/p size it down by 26% pull to the left of your
tube
E80 c/p size the shells down by 20% pull to sit on
right of turtle
E58 c/p mirror size the fish down by 35% pull to float
over her hand on left side of the tag
E10 c/p size it down by 35% add the same drop shadow
from above, then pull so it is under the blue rocks on the frame
E49 c/p size it down by 19% pull to float over the
ship
E4 c/p size down by 65% pull to the left of the
mermaid, ad the drop shadow from above
Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with
paper 12 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer
Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster
layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and
you’re done…
