Big City Big Lights

This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag

Frame 3 c/p size it down by 85%

Take the colorized version of the tube you want to use paste her size her down by 32% pull to stand on the edge of the frame, clean off any you don’t want showing outside of the bottom frame

E49 c/p size it down by 55% pull it up even with her hand, the handle should show but you’ll have to crop out some of the grey handle so it looks like she is holding it up, put a 2^nd copy of it behind the tube then click on top umbrella and clear off any of it showing on her head, this will make it look like the umbrella is behind the girl also

E61 c/p mirror size it down by 40% pull to the lower right of the tag

E60 c/p size it down by 35% pull to sit in front of the chair

E20 c/p size it down by 20% sit them on the table

E42 c/p size down by 15% pull to sit on far right edge of table

E17 c/p size them down by 15% sit them on the right side of table

E53 c/p size down by 30% pull to sit on bottom left of table

E67 c/p size the purse down by 25% pull to sit on right of suitcase

E38 c/p size down by 45% pull to the lower left side of the frame

E4 c/p size down by 50% pull to sit on far left edge of the tag

Click on bottom raster of your tag flood fill it with paper6 apply Millie’s Mask merge into one raster layer sharpen it

Click on top most raster layer of your tag add a new layer for the copyrights and credits to the kit maker , add a saying and you’re done…
