This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag

Frame 2 c/p size down by 55%

Take the tube doll maker portrait c/p size ti down by 55% pull to the left edge of the frame

E44 c/p pull to the far left of tag, some of the umbrella will show on her face

E7 c/p size it down by 45% pull to the far right edge of your tag

E40 c/p size it down by 30% pull to sit on lower right of couch

E39 c/p size down by 30% pull to the upper right of the frame add this drop shadow to it

Vertical 0

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 30

Color black 

E24 c/p size it down by 30% pull to left hand edge of your tag

E32 c/p size this doll down by 25% pull to sit in the hand chair

E94 c/p size it down by 55% pull to sit on left edge of doll in chair

E16 c/p pull down to the bottom layer of your tag, size it down by 45% pull behind the opening in the stand

E10 c/p mirror size it down by 35% pull to hand on the circle stand

E25 c/p size the clown down by 25% pull to stand on the right of red chair

E21 c/p size the hanging plant down by 30% pull to hang under the bird skull

E46 c/p mirror size down by 35% pull to the upper right edge of the frame

E60 c/p size the bottles down by 35% pull to the middle of couch

E14 c/p size down by 15% pull to sit on left of bottles

E33 c/p size down by 15% pull to lay on the side of ball

E88 c/p pull 1^st copy to the upper top of tag , take a 2^nd copy and pull it to the bottom of the tag

Click on bottom raster layer of the tag

Flood fill with paper 3 apply mask from above, merge into on layer

Click on top most layer of your tag and add a new raster layer for the copyrights for tube and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
