Trick Honey ?

 

This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725

Fence c/p size it down by 75%

Tree c/p size it down by 75% pull behind the fence on right edge of tag

Mushrooms2 c/p size down by 20% pull to the left branch of the tree

Moon c/p size it down by 50% then pull it to the upper right, then pull behind the branches of the tree

Click on top most layer of your tag

Fence c/p size it down by 65% pull to the far left of the fence

Take the tube c/p her size her down by 75% pull to the middle of fence

Candles c/p size down by 50% pull to the right edge of the tag

Candy c/p size it down by 50% take the 1^st one and put it in front of candles, take a 2^nd copy mirror and pull to the left of your tube

Monster c/p size him down by 30% pull to sit on top of middle of candy

Monster 2 c/p size it down by 30% pull to stand on right of other monster

Eyeball c/p size it down by 20% pull to the left sit on orange candy

Pumpkin 2 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit in front of candles

Bat c/p size down by 20% pull to the upper right of the tag

Click on bottom raster of your tag size it down by 700x700

Take paper 7 flood fill bottom layer apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer, for the copyright and credit to kit maker , add a saying to the tag and your done…
