Open a 725x725

Frame 3 c/p size down by 60% leave in the middle

E56 c/p size down by 60% pull to the bottom edge of your frame

E78 c/p size down by 60% pull to the left edge of your frame

E7 c/p size down by 45% pull so the big tire is in front of small stump

E16 c/p size the lamps down by 40% pull to hang on left of tag over the plants

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 3

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 20

Color black

Take the colored versions of the tube you wish to use, paste her size her down by 25% mirror and pull to sit on right edge of tag

E39 c/p size this book down by 25$ pull to lean on her knees

E29 c/p size down by 25% pull to the upper left edge of your tag

E13 c/p size the flower down by 45% pull to the middle bottom of your tag

E21 c/p size this flower down by 21% pull to the left of other flowers

E42 c/p size this flower down by 32% pull to sit in front of the tube’s shoes

E17 c/p size it down by 35% pull to lean on bicycle tire

E91 c/p size down by 25% pull so that it looks like it is coming out of far right lamp

Click on bottom layer of your tag re-size the canvas down to 700x700

Flood fill with paper 5 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer , add the drop shadow from above

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker ,add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
