Frame 3 c/p size down by 59%

Take the tube w/out the moon size her down by 56% pull to the middle of window frame

Fabric c/p size down by 40% pull to sit on right edge of your frame

Light2 c/p size it down by 34% pull to the upper left of your frame

Branch 14 c/p size down by 44% rotate 45° to the right pull to the bottom of the tube

Branch 3 c/p size down by 41% pull to the right edge of your tag

Tree c/p size down by 43% pull to sit on right of burlap

Cluster 4 c/p size it down by 44% pull to the bottom left of your tag

Branch c/p size it down by 45% pull to cover up the end branches w/ bird

Gift 4 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit in front of green

Cluster 1 c/p size it down by 26% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag

Cup c/p size down by 21% pull to the left of gift4

Flower 2 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit on right of cup

Flower 6 c/p size down by 20% pull to the left of green flower

Globe2 c/p size down by 22% pull to the middle of tag

Bow 4 c/p size down by 22% pull to sit in front of rabbit

Cluster 3 c/p mirror rotate 90° to the right size down by 30% pull to sit on top of brown bow

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 2 apply Dee’s mask from above, merge into a group layer, add a sharpen to the layer, then ad this drop shadow

Opacity 72

Blur 33

Color black

Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer for the copyright information, and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
