Open a 725x725

Window c/p size it down by 85%

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 25

Color black

Click under the window, we will be working behind it

Snow c/p size it down by 51% pull to the bottom of the window

Tree 1 c/p size down by 51% pull to the left edge of window

Iglu c/p size it down by 23% pull to the right edge of window

Penguin c/p size it down by 23% pull to stand on top of iglu

Click on top most layer of the tag

Take the tube you wish to use size her down by 25% pull to the left middle of the frame

Hate c/p size down by 25% pull to lay on the left of the tube

Kitten c/p size it down by 25% pull to sit on right of tube

Milk glass c/p size it down by 25% pull to sit in front of pink hat

Cookies c/p size down by 25% pull to sit in front of milk glass

Santa c/p size him down by 35% pull to the far right edge of tag

Sack c/p size it down y 22% pull to sit on right of Santa

Reign deer, c/p size him down by 22% pull to stand on left of Santa

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper10 using your preset shape rectangle draw a rectangle behind the frame and elements.. Make sure to convert this to a raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker
