Open a 750x750

Frame 02 c/p rotate 90° to the right size the frame down by 55%

Take the colored version of the tube you want to use, c/p it size her down by 22% pull to the bottom of the frame

Word art 2 c/p size it down by 55% pull to sit on bottom of the tube

E45 c/p size it down by 25% pull up to her hand , clean off what you need to , to make it look like she is holding the rose

E21 c/p size down by 37% pull to sit on upper left of word art

E53 c/p size down by 53% pull to the right edge of the tag

E52 c/p size down by 53% pull to sit in front of sands of time

E51 c/p mirror size down by 47% pull to the bottom left side of the tag

E48 c/p size it down by 47% pull to sit on left of noise maker

E54 c/p size it down by 35% pull to sit on top of word art

E40 c/p size down by 50% pull to hang over glass, add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 2

Opacity 75

Blur 30

E08 c/p size the bottle down by 50% pull to the left of glass

Paper 9 flood fill bottom layer of the tag , apply mask from above, merge into one layer then add a sharpen more to the layer

E39 c/p pull it to the top of the mask layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new layer for the copyrights for tube, and the credit to the kit maker

Add a saying to the layer and you’re done..
