This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Frame 3 c/p size it down by 79%

E25 c/p size the tree down by 65% pull to the left edge of your tag

E16 c/p size down by 45% pull to float in the middle of the tree

E9 c/p size the flowers down by 45% pull to the far right of your tag

Take tube 4 c/p pull to the bottom of the tag

E40 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on right side of the tag

E27 c/p then size the strawberry down by 15% then sit on right of sundae

E39 c/p size the flowers down by 25%

E54 c/p size the cupcake down by 15% pull to sit on left of flowers

E43 c/p size this cupcake down by 15% pull to sit on left of other cupcake

E7 c/p size down by 25% pull to the left of strawberry

E57 c/p size the heart box down by 25% pull to sit in front of the tube Be Mine candy

E42 c/p size this candy down by 15% pull to sit on left of cupcakes

E58 c/p size this box of candy down by 25% pull to sit in front of cupcakes

Click on bottom layer of your tag take paper 110-10 size it down to 725x725 paste as a new layer apply heart mask from above , merge into one layer then upsize this by 115%

Click on the layer behind the hearts take paper 110-(3) using your circle tool draw a circle to fill in behind the frame. Merge this into one raster layer

Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer for the License information and credit to kit maker , add a  saying to the tag and you are done…
