This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

E109 cp size it down by 70% pull down a bit on tag (We may move it later)

E110 c/p size down by 55% pull to right edge of your tag

E70 c/p size the archway down by 55% pull behind the rock pile

E104 c/p pull to the top of archway, and size the light’s down by 65% and add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 65

Blur14

Color black

Click back on top of archway

E22 c/p size the tree down by 65% pull to the right edge of the tag

E17 c/p size the big dragon down by 65% pull to the far right of the archway

Take the blue layer of the tube we are using along with the blue dragon, paste her size her down by 45% pull behind the rocks and leave her in the left edge of the archway in front of the tree

E15 c/p size down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of your tube

E4 c/p size it down by 33% pull to sit in middle of rocks on the ground

E7 cp size down by 29% pull to sit in front of the tube

E20 c/p size the rocks down by 29% pull one to the right edge of rocks and take a 2^nd copy and put in between the two dragons

E25 c/p size down by 25% pull so it looks like the dragon on the skull is blowing it at the other dragon

E26 c/p size this smoke down by 25% pull so it look’s like the white dragon is blowing it up to the left of your tag

E23 c/p size the globe down by 25% pull to sit in front of rocks

E50 c/p size the sparkle down by 30% duplicate it so the sparkle is just a bit brighter merge those into one layer

E72 c/p size down by 36% mirror pull it so it’s hand is on the globe

Click on bottom raster layer resize the tag down to a 700x700 tag ( I use canvas re-size)

Take paper 7 size it down to a 700x700 (do not save the paper as this size)  size paste it as a new layer apply mask from above, merge into one layer Add the drop shadow from above.

Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer for your credit to artist and kit maker
