This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

E55 c/p size down by 75%

E53 c/p size the grass down by 85% pull to the bottom edge of the frame

E73 c/p size down by 40% rotate it by 90° to the left pull to the left edge of the frame

E15 c/p size down by 55% pull to the far right of your frame

E112 c/p size it down by 59% pull to the left edge of the frame

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using, paste her size her down by 15% pull to the right edge of the bunnies

E21 c/p size the flowers down by 35% pull to sit by her knees

E33 c/p size the wagon down by 35% pull to the right edge of your tube

E38 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit beside the wagon

E9 c/p size it down by 25% pull to sit on left of pink flowers

E16 c/p size this egg down by 14% pull to sit on left of baby chick

E1 c/p size the bunny down by 25% pull to sit on right of the wagon

E49 c/p size this egg down by 15% pull to sit on left of blue egg

E102 c/p size the gnome down by 30% pull to sit on left of pink egg

E107 c/p mirror size down by 30% pull sot sit on right of chick on eggs

Click on bottom raster layer

Using your preset rectangle tool draw a rectangle with paper 5

Add this drop shadow to the frame

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

E119 /cp pull behind the paper flip vertical pull this one to the upper right, take a 2^nd copy and mirror pull it to the upper left edge of your tag

Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
