This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

E79 c/p size this down by 75%

E8 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

E38 c/p size down it by 50% pull to the right edge of the tag take a 2^nd copy and pull to the left edge of the tag

E3 c/p size it down by 40% pull to the left edge of the tag

E23 c/p size down by 65% pull to sit in the middle of the tag

Take the tube we are using and paste her and the cow, size it all down by 21% pull to the bottom of the grass

E15 c/p pull to cover up the bottom of the tube

E17 c/p size down by 50% pull to the far right edge of tag

E5 c/p size the basket down by 44% pull to sit I the middle of yellow flowers

E48 c/p size down by 44% pull to sit on left edge of flowers

E49 c/p size down by 65% pull to the far left edge of the tag

E10 c/p size down by 22% pull to sit in front of the waterfall on the left

Click on bottom layer of your tag

E6 c/p size the tree down by 74% pull to the far right edge of the tag

Click behind the tree flood fill bottom layer with paper1, apply the mask from above, then this is where you can size your tag down to a smaller size , I sized mine down to 710x710

Click on top most layer of your tag and add a new raster layer for the copyright’s and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
