This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open an 800x800

 

E31 c/p size down by 60% leave as it falls on the tag

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 12

Horizontal 3

Opacity 44

Blur 8

Color black **We will use this if we use more drop shadows**

Take the full tube with the background paste it behind the frame clean off any that show’s outside of the frame

Click on top layer

E99 c/p size down by 50% pull to the left edge of your tag

E12 c/p size the flower down by 35% pull to stand in front of other flower

E40 c/p size the tulip down by 25% pull to the left of other flowers

E26 c/p size the leaves down by 45% pull to the bottom of your frame

E69 c/p size this flower down by 25% pull to cover up bottom of other flowers

E96 c/p size the pink flower down by 20% pull to sit on right of purple flower

E3 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit on left of pink flower

E36 c/p rotate 90° to the right size the white flower down by 30 % pull to lay on bottom of pink flower

E51 c/p size down by 20% pull to cover up the end of white flower

Click on bottom layer of your tag

E72 flip vertical size this down by 85% pull so it show up above the frame, but behind it , take a 2^nd copy and paste it to the left bottom of the frame , mirror the sparkles ( this is where I re-size the canvas to 700x700)

Click on top most layer of the tag and add a new raster layer for your credit and kit maker info, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
