This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725

Frame 1 c/p size it down by 55%

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using I’m using the yellow with the wings c/p her size her down by 39% pull to the bottom inside of the frame , then add the drop shadow from above, Add a high Pass sharpen (X5) Radius 10

Strength 43

Blend Mode hard light

 

E11 c/p then pull to the bottom of tube (clean off any of the tube outside of the frame)

E18 c/p size down by 50% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E36 c/p rotate 90° to the left size the rose down by 55% to the middle of E11

E9 c/p size the candle down by 55% pull to the left of rose

E01 c/p size the heart candle down by 55% pull to the left of other candle add the drop shadow from above

E24 c/p size the feather down by 61% pull to lay on lower left of rose

E2 c/p size the bow down by 44% pull to sit on bottom of feather

E14 c/p pull the bird’s to the up top of the tag some will be on left others on right of the tube, add the drop shadow from above

E37 c/p size the blue flower down by 44% pull to sit on bottom right of white feather

E42 c/p this rose size it down by 35% pull to sit just on the right of blue rose

E50 c/p the owl down by 35% pull to sit on top of the 2^nd white rose

Click on bottom layer of your tag  size the canvas down to 715x715 or smaller if you need to, flood fill with paper 6 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer, then add the drop shadow from above  

 

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credits to artist and kit maker, add a saying to you and we’re done.
