This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Take the colorized version of the tube you wish to use merge all of the layers into one tube, along with the matching dragon

Frame 5 c/p size it down by 80%

E55 c/p size down by 70% pull to the bottom of the frame

E4 c/p size this down by 54% pull to the upper left edge of frame, add this drop shadow (we will use this in the tag)

Vertical 11

Horizontal 4

Opacity 47

Blur 11

Color black

E43 c/p size this flower down by 45% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E14 c/p size the rocks down by 75% pull to the middle of the frame, on top of grass

E57 c/p pull behind the rocks, size the flowers down by 45% add the drop shadow from above and pull to the right edge of tag

E53 c/p size down by 45%, then pull to the far left edge of the rocks

Take the version of the tube we are using I sized her down by 600pixels in length past this pull to sit on top of grass

E21 c/p pull to sit on bottom edge of the tag, the tail will be hidden under the flowers

Take the sized down version of E43 c/p above the flowers size it down by 60% pull to sit in front of the dragon

E51 c/p size the books down by 35% pull to sit in front of the dragon, just in front of the white flower

E13 c/p size the lamps down by 45% pull to sit on right side of books

E24 c/p size this down by 34% pull to the far left edge of the tag

E29 c/p size the clouds down by 50% pull to the upper right top of tag add drop shadow from above

E10 c/p size down by 55% pull to the clouds add a gradient glow of white, then the drop shadow from above

Click on bottom raster layer of the tag

E2 paste using your magic wand tool crop off any showing outside of the frame we only want the inside to show in the finished tag 

Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
