This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag (size down at end)

Frame 3 c/p size it down by 60%

Take the full size tube paste her size her down by 85%.

164 c/p size down by 605 pull so it covers up the bottom of the tube

E27 c/p size it down by 22% pull to the left ring, take a 2^nd copy and put it on top of the right ring

E25 c/p size the flowers down by 30% pull to the far right edge just under the bow

E152 c/p size down by 25% pull to the upper right edge of tag

E44 c/p size down by 25% pull to the lower left edge of the tag

E22 c/p size the apples down by 15% pull to sit on left edge calendar

E19 c/p size the hat down by 20% pull to sit on left of calendar

E46 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit in front of calendar

E106 c/p mirror size down by 20% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E114 c/p size the balloons down by 30% pull to the far left edge

E68 c/p size down by 30% pull to fly over the calendar

Click on bottom layer of your tag, this is where I size the canvas down to 700x700

Flood fill with paper3, apply the mask from above, make sure to merge into one raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyright and credits for kit maker
