This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E29 c/p size down by 80%

E95 c/p pull to the middle of the frame

E109 c/p size down by 30% pull to the far left edge of the frame

Take the colorized version that we are using, c/p mirror her then size her down by 21% pull so she is leaning on the books

E108 c/p size down by 40% pull to sit in front of the books

E60 c/p mirror size this down by 65% pull to the end of the tube on the right

E11 c/p size this down by 55% duplicate the layer to make it show up better, merge into one raster layer pull to sit in front of the mushrooms

E9 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the left edge of water

E8 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit by the paper boat

E7 c/p mirror size this down by 26% pull to the right edge of the paper boat

E38 c/p mirror size this down by 36% pull to sit in front of acorn on 2^nd paper boat

E103 c/p mirror size this squirrel down by 39% pull to sit on left of barrel of veggies

E18 c/p size the seeds down by 30% pull to sit in front of standing squirrel

E33 c/p size the bird down by 25% pull to sit on top of mushrooms

E12 c/p duplicate this rain 2 times merge into one raster layer, add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 5

Opacity 50

Blur 10

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 8 apply mask from above, merge into a group layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker…
