This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame 1 c/p size this down by 50%

E156 c/p size the tree down by 75% pull to the left edge of your frame

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using c/p the merged layers then size her down by 20% pull to the middle of the frame

E97 c/p size the pumpkin down by 25% pull to the bottom of the tube

E171 c/p mirror size this tree down by 50% pull to the bottom of the tag

E104 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on right edge of the tree

E107 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the right edge of the frame

E118 c/p size the books down by 31% pull to sit in the fall tree

E38 c/p size the dog down by 25% pull to sit in front of the pumpkin

E144 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of the books

E99 c/p size down by 35% mirror pull to sit on left edge of wood and sunflowers

E40 c/p size this set of sunflowers down by 15% pull to right in front of the small pumpkin

E34 c/p mirror size the bird down by 15% pull so it sits on top of board with sunflowers

E39 c/p mirror size this squirrel down by 15% pull to sit on right side of the dog

E47 c/p size this fox down by 15% pull to sit in front of the dog

Click on bottom layer of your tag take paper 36 size this down to fit inside the layer which is 750x750 (do not save the paper at this size)

Apply the mask from above; merge this into one group raster,

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for the credit for artist and kit maker, add a saying to the tag and your done..
