This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 4 c/p size this down by 70%

Leaves 2 c/p rotate 45° to the right pull down to the bottom left edge of your frame

Take the pink layer of this tube c/p then size her down by 45% pull to sit on the bend by the bottom of the frame

Roses 2 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of your tag

Rose 4 c/p rotate 45° to the left size it down by 45%

Tulip 2 c/p size down by 45% pull to the bottom of other flowers

Awareness ribbon 8 c/p mirror size it down by 55% pull to cover up some of her legs

Awareness bear 4 c/p size it down by 35% pull to left of ribbon

Awareness girl 2 c/p size her down by 30% pull to stand in front of tree

Bear 4 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on left of girl

Bear 3 c/p size this one down by 22% pull to far right edge of the tag

Candles c/p size down by 22% pull to the right of bear 3

Makeup 1 c/p size it down by 20% pull to the middle of the tag

Makeup 2 c/p size the lipstick down by 20% pull to the left of powder

Makeup 3 c/p size it down by 20% pull to left of lipstick

Sparkles 4 c/p pull over the tube on right side of your tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag take paper 18 size it down to fit the tag, then apply mask from above or one you like better

Merge into one group layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyright to use the tube and credit the kit maker

Add a saying to the tag and you’re done
