This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 (size down at the end)

E106 c/p size this down by 59%

E99 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to the upper left, the star bundle will cover the top of this , take the 2^nd tube paste her behind it on top of the frame size her down by 30% pull so just her face shows’ inside of the circle frame , clean off any outside of this frame (do this how ever you like to)

E25 c/p rotate 45° to the right size it down by 31% pull to the upper left of your frame

E3 c/p size the tree down by 45% pull to the far right edge of frame

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 35% pull to the bottom of the frame

E20 c/p size this down by 51% pull to the left edge of the tag

E9 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit on right edge of your tube

E8 cp mirror size this dog down by 25% pull to sit by snowmen bundle

E7 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of dog

E36 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of dog

E35 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right of other presents

E23 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on left edge of big star bundle

E40 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of red ornament bundle

E135 c/p size this sparkle down by 65% pull to the top middle of your tube

E129 c/p pull this star to the top of the Christmas tree

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 16 using your rectangle tool draw one behind the frame , then change to your circle tube and draw one behind the other frame

Make sure to convert these layers to a raster ..

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for the copyright’s and credit to kit maker

Add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
