This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E49 c/p size this down by 60%

Take the tube we are using paste it behind the frame size it down by 75% it should all fit under the frame

E47 c/p mirror pull this to the top of tag behind the tube and frame

Click on top layer

E82 c/p size it down by 55% pull to fit over the frame

E79 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the far right edge of your frame

E45 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the bottom right of the frame

E41 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the lower left edge of the tag

E46 c/p size this down by 50%pull to sit in middle of the tag

E18 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of white flower

E17 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the upper right edge of the frame add drop shadow from above

E64 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on top of chain for cage

E11 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in middle of bow

E10 c/p size this down by 15% pull to lay on very left edge of cup

E7 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on cage

E97 c/p size this down by 55% leave as it lays on the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

E53 c/p mirror flip vertical pull so that it show’s just under the frame, make it looks like frost on the paper below

Flood fill with paper 22 apply mask from above, merge into one layer
