This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I used a MizTeeques mask 291

Open a 700x700 size tag

Flood fill bottom layer with paper5 paste the tube in between the mask layer and paper layer size her down by 65% pull so her hair match’s up with the left edge of the mask (do this how ever you feel comfy doing this), merge this into one layer

Click under the mask layer

E66 c/p pull to the lower left hand edge of tag, take a 2^nd copy and paste it up in the upper right side of tag

Click on top layer of your tag

E31 c/p size this down by 70% pull to the left edge of mask

E28 c/p size the books down by 51% pull to bottom of flower

E78 c/p size this down by 41% pull to sit in front of books

E109 c/p size this down by 37% pull to right bottom of pumpkin

E91 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of the pumpkin

E95 c/p size this down by 50% pull to the bottom right edge of the mask layer

E13 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit in the middle of your tag

E9 c/p size this down by 28% pull to sit in front of flower by pumpkin

E57 c/p size this down by 28% pull to the far right edge of flowers

E3 c/p rotate 45° to the right pull to the upper right edge of the tag

E5 c/p size this down by 34% pull to sit in front of bunch of sunflowers

E64 c/p size this down by 34% pull to sit on bottom left edge of white flowers

Add  a new raster layer for your copyright and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to this tag and you’re done..
