This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 149-9 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

Take the colorized version of the tube you want c/p size her down by 38% pull to the bottom edge of the frame

E64 c/p size this down by 60% pull to sit in front of the tube, take a 2^nd copy and paste on the left edge of the tube

E25 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the right edge of the snow

E67 c/p size this down by 48% pull to sit in front of fence

E8 c/p size this down by 22% pull to left side of tube

E14 c/p size this down by 52% pull to the left edge of snow

E56 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on left side of frozen lake

E54 c/p size this down by 22% pull to stand on right edge of lake

E24 c/p size this down by 22% pull him to the middle of the lake

E9 c/p mirror size this down by 22% pull to stand just off the lake on snow

E30 c/p size this down by 22% pull to stand on the left edge of lake

E11 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit in front of ice house.

E41 c/p size this snowflake down by 22% pull 2 copies to the left edge of the tag, and a 3^rd copy to the upper right of frame

E13 c/p mirror size down by 22% pull to fly above snowflake on the right

E37 c/p size the rabbit down by 22% pull to sit by tree

E46 c/p size this squirrel down by 15% pull to sit by pink pig on ice-skates

E50 c/p mirror size this down by 15% pull to sit on top of fence

Click on bottom layer of the tag

Flood fill this with paper (5) apply mask from above, merge into one layer , add a sharpen to the layer

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 2

Opacity 45

Blur 5

Color black

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credits and License information, add a saying and you’re done.
