This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

118 c/p size this down by 75%

Take the colored version of the tube you wish to use, paste her size her down by 50%, crop off any thing showing outside of the frame (legs and feet)

E129 c/p mirror size this down by 69% pull to he bottom of the tube

E100 c/p mirror size this down by 41% pull to sit in middle of the flowers

E82 c/p size this down by 34% pull to sit on left of red rose

E122 c/p size the hearts down by 40% pull to lower left edge of flowers

E84 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of other hearts

E13 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left of heart box

E3 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left of 1^st rose

E106 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in between heart box’s

E29 c/p size this down by 55% add this drop shadow

Vertical 9

Horizontal 3

Opacity 55

Blur 10

Color black

Then pull the hearts to the left edge of the frame

E58 c/p pull this to the far right edge of the frame add drop shadow from above

E90 c/p then size the kitten down by 35%,then  pull it to the front of box of chocolates

E112 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of white rose

E102 c/p size the bear down by 35% pull to the right edge of the tag

E103 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the right of boy bear

Click on bottom layer of your tag open paper 5 using your circle(Ellipse tool) draw a circle behind the frame, then add the drop shadow from above on the frame

Click on top most layer of the tag

Add a new raster layer for the credit for artist and kit maker
