This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

 

I am using a PTU kit

I am using a mask by Wee scotslass Creations (219)

Open a 750x750

Paper13 size this down to fit inside of our canvas

Apply the mask to the paper layer

Take the tube size her down by 18% paste above the paper layer, pull to the water on the paper

E110 c/p pull behind the mask layer on the paper pull down to the bottom of the tube (I’m merging all of these into one raster layer)

Click on top most layer of your tag

E36 c/p size this down by 32% pull to the right edge of your tag

E2 c/p size this down by 37% pull to the bottom of E36

E100 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the left edge of the tag

E60 c/p mirror size this down by 41% pull to stand in front of the tree

E47 c/p size this down by 75% pull to the middle of other lilies on water

E62 c/p size this set of mushrooms down by 26% pull to stand in front of tree fountain

E18 c/p size this down by 26% pull to the left side of wood fountain

E89 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit inside of the lily pad

E109 c/p size these down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of lily pad w/ frog

E76 c/p size this down by 60% pull so it is flying around the tubes head

E17 c/p size this down by 39% pull to sit on bottom left leg of the fountain

E91 c/p size this down by 25% pull to fly over lily pads by frog

E40 c/p pull to cover up the bottom part of your tag

Add a new raster layer add the copyright information, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
