This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E52 c/p size this down by 85% leave in the middle of the tag

E54 c/p size this down by 58% pull to the left edge of the frame

Take orchid 3 c/p size her down by 61%; pull behind the flowers

E37 c/p pull this to the far right edge of the frame

E65 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the lower left edge of the tag

E25 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit on bottom box

E2 c/p size this down by 29% pull to the left edge of box w/ flowers

E44 c/p mirror size this down by 23% pull to the edge of purple flowers

E3 c/p size this down by 4% pull to the upper left of the frame clean off the steam

E28 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit in front of bunny

E33 c/p size this down by 28% pull to right of purple rose

E63 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit in front of ribbon

E12 c/p crop cup to put in front of tea pot then size it down by 52% pull to the middle of the tag

E40 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the right edge of cup

E100 c/p size this bunny down by 25% pull to sit in front of tea set

Click on bottom raster layer of your tag

Open page 7 using your rectangle tool draw one behind the frame add a drop shadow to the frame (make sure to merge the rectangle into one layer)

Vertical 4

Horizontal 0

Opacity 50

Blur 6

Color black

Click on top most layer add a new raster layer for your copyrights and a saying to the tag, and you’re done..
