This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

E4 c/p size this down by 65%

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using which is blue, paste her size her down by 35% pull to the bottom inside of the frame

E71 c/p size down by 45% pull to the bottom of the tube add drop shadow from above

E47 c/p size this down by 35% pull to right edge of birds

E63 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of birds

E87 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of hour glass

E92 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in front of hour glass

E40 c/p size this down by 35% pull to lay in front of the harp

E44 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of blue flowers

E68 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on left edge of white box

E91 c/p size this blue flower down by 16% pull to sit on right edge of box

E102 c/p size this white rose down by 12% pull to sit in between the 2 blue flowers

E6 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on top of hour glass

E112 c/p mirror size this down by 65% pull to it look’s like it is tied to the harp

E45 c/p leave as this falls on the tag, add the drop shadow from above

Click on bottom layer

Paper11 size this down to a 750x750 size paper paste under the frame apply mask from above, size down by 90%

E56 c/p then pull it to the right edge of mask layer

Click on top most raster of your tag add a new raster layer for the credit and License information make sure you have a valid Lice# to use this tube..
