This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using a old template by Pooker (Her blog links still work)

You will want to download the bulk Temp 1-100 and open the folder that# 21 in it, using shift+D duplicate the template and upsize the canvas to 700 in height, this will make it just a tad bit bigger

 

 

Circle 1 & 2 pick a red from the tube flood fill these layers

Circle 3&4 flood fill with paper 11

Rectangle 1 flood fill with paper 3

Rectangle 2 flood fill with paper 12

Frame back flood fill with paper 3

Frame flood fill with paper 2

I removed the strips from the template

Click on rectangle 2 using your selection tool crop just the lady out of the tube, paste her above rectangle 2 crop any that show’s outside of this layer

Click on frame back

Take the dragon part of the tube where her face is showing crop some of that off, size it down by 75% pull to fit behind the frame, clean off any that show’s outside of the frame

E47 c/p rotate 90° to the right size this down by 65% pull to hang just on the right top of the tube, take a 2^nd copy flip vertical and pull so it’s on the left edge of that layer

E48 c/p click on Circle 3layer paste size this down by 55% pull to sit in middle of the circle, and repeat this on top of Circle 4

Click on top most layer of the tag

E20 c/p size this down by 59% pull to the bottom of the frame

E9 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the left edge of dragon wing

E15 c/p size this down by 25% pull to lean on goblet

E41 c/p mirror size this down by 30% pull to sit on right of dragon head

E44 c/p mirror size this down by 30% pull to lay on bottom left edge of goblet

E45 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the upper right edge of the tag

E36 c/p size the flower down by 25% pull to sit in front of other flowers

Add a new raster layer for the tag to add your copyrights and a saying on the tag, you’re done…
